A leading UK transport and third-party logistics specialist has continued to expand its team with the appointment of a new sales manager.
Jason Chandler joins AET Transport Andover, a member of Palletways, Europe’s largest and fastest growing express palletised freight network. Jason brings ten years of experience to AET Transport having worked in the sales and logistics sector with companies such as City Sprint and Meachers Global Logistics.
As part of his role, Jason will be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts as well as increasing revenue and volumes through sales and marketing of the company.
Commenting on the appointment, AET Transport’s principal, Robin Greenfield said, “Jason’s varied experience in the logistics and sales sector is a great asset to AET Transport. We have ambitious targets to increase our customer base and pride ourselves on the service we provide which is why we place such importance on hiring talented and highly skilled members of staff. We’re investing in our growth and Jason’s appointment, along with our new warehouse customer services assistant who will support our increasing warehousing demands and support our expansion plans.”

AET Transport has operated for over 40 years, initially specialising in heavy machinery and factory removals, which are still core elements of the business. The company also now specialise in all forms of logistics including abnormal loads, crane hire, HIABS, warehousing and general haulage.
